Precondition

Make sure to have a Huawei device that is not connected to Google Play Store, but to Huawei App Gallery.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Firefox for Android from the Huawei App Gallery.
2. Access a website from which you can download some files, like www.thinkbroadband.com/download.
3. Select to download a file.
4. Exit Firefox, and slide down the download notification.
5. Pause, then cancel the download or
6. Cancel the download.

Expected behavior

The download is canceled.

Actual behavior

The download is not paused or canceled.
Sometimes, the pause works, but cancelling the download cannot be done.

• Firefox version: 142.0.1
• Android device: Huawei P40 Lite
• Android OS version: 12

Any additional information?

• Firefox for Android Beta & Nightly are not yet supported.
• Not reproducible on devices where the apps are installed from PlayStore.
