1989905 - The menu "re-opens" when bringing the app back from background

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the three-dot menu.
2. Send the app in the background.
3. Open the app and observe if the menu is still displayed.

Expected behavior

The menu is still displayed. No glitches encountered.

Actual behavior

The menu is displayed, but it re-opens and overlaps the already displayed menu - please see the short video attached.

Device information

• Firefox version: 145.0a1, 144.0b3
• Android device: Lenovo TB X606X (Android 10)

Any additional information?

• not reproducible on 143.0 that has the old menu,
• not reproducible on Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 15)
