Expected Behavior:

Actual Behavior:
There is no video, error message shown
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

The video (https://github.com/webcompat/web-bugs/issues/176173#issuecomment-3317795365) plays fine on my Firefox Release 142 on Windows 11. The problem is likely caused by no HEVC extension pre-installed.
