Lost tabs from collection by accident -> scrolling also triggered swipe

Steps to reproduce:
scrolled through my collection
Actual results:
triggered a swipe gesture by accident
I scrolled mostly vertical and maybe slightly horizontal but not much
Expected results:
It should not trigger the swipe gesture by accident.
Deleting an entry from a collection should trigger a confirmation dialogue or atleast show an action for 3 seconds where you can undo the deletion.
Like when you close an actual tab. not only is it hard to accidentally trigger a wipe there by accident (I used the 1 column layout not the 2x2) but you have a few seconds to undo the deletion (and a history for last closed tabs)
Over the last 2 or 3 months (2 or 3 beta major releases like 141, 142, 143) I lost 10 tabs by accident due to this new "feature".
I should have reported this sooner, I guess.
At this point it's getting on my nerves enough that I'm loosing collection entries that I just want to disable the gesture thing alltogether.
Please take a look at this and refine it. It really hinders my user experiences and maybe that of others, too.
side note/offtopic/unrelated: I'm still baffled that there is no way to sync or backup collections after so many years of Fenix being out. I already lost my collections once (I took screenshots of the collections to back it up before sending my phone in for repair atleast. But why is this necessary? :/ )
Sorry, I had to rent a bit. But I wanted devs to know how unhappy I am with collections after all these years. The usability of them apart from that is good/great and I wish to be using them more/productively. Right now I have to use bookmarks for serious stuff.
