STR:

  1. Go to about:glean
  2. Click "Manual testing" nav item in side bar
  3. Click dropdown/select element on Step 2.
  4. Expected: Custom ping list should be in alphabetical order
  5. Actual: Custom ping list is an unsorted order

Note: we still want builtin pings to be first, irrespective of sorting the rest.
