Florian captured the following profile on our Windows 11 performance machine while it was running Speedometer 3: https://share.firefox.dev/4mvJYel
During the test you can see the backgroundTaskHost.exe process running for 1 minute. This is interfering with our performance numbers and likely a contributing factor to our noisy Windows 11 results.
