Checked MediaSource.isTypeSupported('audio/mp4; codecs="mp4a.40.42"') on Firefox 143 on a Windows 10 machine

Actual results:

The MediaSource API returned true

Expected results:

The MediaSource API should have returned false because xHE-AAC is not supported on Windows 10
