Details
It's possible for a user to delete the shortcut corresponding to a Taskbar Tab without updating Firefox. This means that Firefox will keep an unused icon and unused JSON object in taskbartabs.json, plus it means the telemetry figures aren't necessarily accurate.
I don't think Firefox should pay much attention to pinning to the taskbar, but it probably should track whether the actual shortcut exists.
