1) install cascades on a fresh build
2) open composer
3) activate cascades

results:
1) it's impossible to create a new stylesheet
2) it's impossible to close cascades
3) it's impossible to close composer

I'm still seeing this in release 1.4a : Gecko/20030401
This bug does not block bug 197105.  It is not an xpinstall issue (wrt that bug)
where it prevents the user from installing the package.
