User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:144.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/144.0
Steps to reproduce:
In Firefox Dev Ed 144, open Google Sheets.
This happens in every sheet I've attempted, even new, blank sheets.
Attempt to scroll using the mouse, or the scrollbar, or arrow keys.
Actual results:
The portion of the sheet that is initially visible stays visible.
When using arrow keys, you can see the highlighted cell changing, but as you scroll down or right past the data that is visible, the outline indicating the highlighted cell becomes misaligned, but the sheet does not visibly scroll.
Expected results:
The visible portion of the sheet should shift up or to the left, eventually scrolling out of view, and the data that is below or to the right of the visible portion of the sheet should move up or to the left and come into view.
This issue was discovered and detailed while running X11. Before filing the bug report, I switched to Wayland in order to verify that the bug does still exist. Although It seems to behave somewhat differently under Wayland, it is predominantly the same.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Panning and Zooming' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I've tried to reproduce the issue with Ubuntu 24.04 on X11 and Firefox Dev Ed 144.0b6 but wasn't able to. Could you attach about:support information here, if possible?
