1990922 - Fix browser_mixed_content_cert_override.js test for updated network error page designs

With the new network error page designs (bug 1873514) preffed on, the test browser_mixed_content_cert_override.js fails, likely due to modified element identifiers. Prior to rolling out the updated page designs in Fx 145, we should fix up this test so that it works properly with the new designs.
