In the message composition window, it appears that the user cannot view an
already-attached attachment.  

(The right-click context menu has no View command or other command that seems
usable to view the attachment.  Double-clicking on the attachment line doesn't
do anything.  No menu bar menu item seems relevant.) 

In my case, I did a "Send Page..." from the web browser.  The page was a result
of a POST request, so I want to check that Mozilla really attached what was
displayed in the browser (as opposed to what Netscape 4.x did: re-requesting
the page, getting a different response document, and attaching something 
potentially entirely different from what I thought it was attaching).

There does appear to be the workaround of sending the message to myself,
checking the attachment (when it's then attached to a received message,
as opposed to a message being composed), and then using the "Edit message
as new" command (a very good feature!) to really address and send the 
message.

Steps to Reproduce:

My case:
1.  View some page in the browser. 
2.  Invoke "Send Page..."
3.  Try to view the attachment (right-clicking, double-clicking, selecting
    and trying menus).

Expected general case:
1.  Get into the message composition window.
2.  Get into the state of having an attachment attached to the message being
    composed.
3.  Try to view the attachment as above.
