We will be rolling out LNA for ETP strict users gradually by controlling the network.lna.etp.enable pref.
With pref (network.lna.etp.enable) turned off:
LNA will be disabled for ETP Strict and Standard Users
With Pref(network.lna.etp.enable) turned on:
LNA will be enabled for EPT strict users and disabled for ETP standard Users.

Hey Dianna, We dont need to mention this in the release note as it is default prefed off. We will do a nimbus rollout of this in 147.
