Steps to reproduce:

Stories are displayed.

Actual results:

Under certain circumstances, I may not be interested in individual topics and media from the stories displayed.

Expected results:

Add separate opt-out options for theme and media.
Compare Chrome browser.

Add global preferences menu if necessary.

Settings should be stored in encrypted form and synchronized. Add-ons, apps, and servers should not be able to access them in order to prevent profiling.
