Steps to reproduce:

Clicked on a link, web domain, and call links

Actual results:

Considerable lag, up to 30 seconds before opening or sending an 'open in app' request.
My internet speeds are 780mbps. It happens on data or WiFi and across both my s22 plus and s25 fe

Expected results:

The link/domain/app should open within a reasonable time frame (sub 2 sec)
