It appears that your device doesn’t support the translation feature.
- From https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/translations/resources/01_overview.html#supported-platforms : Translations is available only on devices support SSE4.1 due to required SIMD calculations in WASM.
Please check that your device satisfies the minimum requirements in order to run this feature.
Setting this enhancement as NEW so the developing team can have look.

Unfortunately SSE 4.1 is not available on this CPU, so the translation feature can't work there.
