User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:140.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/140.0
Steps to reproduce:
Ensure Hardware Acceleration is enabled.
Go to a video site (e.g., YouTube, Twitch).
Switch the video to full-screen mode (or switch the browser to full screen with F11). Or open any full screen document within firefox.
Actual results:
The screen switches to black for a few seconds every other second
Expected results:
The video/browser window fills the screen stably.
