the keyboard shortcuts (N for next message, K for ignore thread, R for mark
thread as read, etc.) don't work if caps lock is on.

Expected Results:
shortcut action should be performed
it would be nice if the key identifier was used and not the ASCII code. that
would also help on multilingual machines (where I'm not using a language pack -
I like GUI in English) when another language is selected
