Steps to reproduce:
Add at least 8 shortcuts. Open the homepage.
Actual results:
The homepage shows the first 4 shortcuts and a large unused space.
Expected results:
Show 8 shortcuts instead of 4. That uses the available space much better and consolidated the user experience that sees (two groups of) 8 shortcuts in the shortcut menu.
