Preconditions:
browser.backup.preferences.ui.enabled = true
browser.backup.enabled = true

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox.
2. Go to "about:preferences#sync" page
3. Click on “Manage Backup” and check “Back up your sensitive data”.
4. Enter only two characters in the password field.
5. Compare dialog with figma. (check screen Password error)

Expected result

• Dialog should be the same as on figma.

Actual result

• Password warning is different from figma, there should be a “Choose…” button and text under “Back up your sensitive data” should be as in figma (check screenshot attached).
• Also link from warning is not working.

Regression range

• Not a regression, new specifications.

Right figma got updated but the message beneath ' Back up your sensitive data' is still not correct:

• should be 'Back up your passwords, payment methods, and cookies, plus keep all your data safe with encryption.'
• but on latest Nightly 146.0a1 message is "Back up your passwords, payment methods, and cookies with encryption.", missing "plus keep all your data safe"

Only the password tooltip has changed a bit, but there still are things missing:

• password tooltip is missing the "Tips for creating strong passwords" hyperlink
• the description for the encryption is still different and probably we'll want to remove Cookies from that if we are not backing up those
• the button to change the location of the backup file is still named Browse... and not Choose...
• requirement message from password tooltip "Not your email address" needs to change to "Not an email address"
• "Password requirements" message from password tooltip is just "Required" in figma.

• about:welcome restore page also has wrong wording for the Browse... button. Should be worded as Choose...
