1993246 - Very long jank during GC/CC (ghost windows?)

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:145.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/145.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open youtube.
2. Open twitter in a new tab.
3. Scroll down/browse a while so twitter loads a lot of data.
4. Close twitter.
5. Browser youtube to feel the jank.

Actual results:

There is a 12.9s jank during CC.

When researching I found that this can be caused by ghost windows:

And I do see a ghost window of x.com in about:memory. See the attachment.

Unfortunately I can only post screenshots. (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1662461)

Expected results:

No jank. Probably no ghost windows though IDK how to find the cause.
