Some tests seem to be busted in today's main branch on Win 11:
- browser_create_profile_page_test - test_new_profile_displayed_closed_telemetry
- browser_create_profile_page_test - test_new_profile_delete_telemetry
- browser_test_current_theme_from_amo
- browser_test_last_tab
To green up the tree, we can temporarily disable these on windows, but we need to deal with the frequent test failures here and in bug 1942961 and get all tests re-enabled soon.
