Add an icon button the Tab manager's bottom app bar that will navigate the user to the new Tab Search feature. The icon button, when clicked, should take the user to a stubbed out screen for the feature. The screen UI should be in Compose and the Tab Management fragment (or a new wrapper Composable) should handle the Compose navigation between these two screens.
