Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

My ISDN-connection often get disconnected, that didn´t happen in last 12 months.
I´ve got a flatrate, disconnected around midnight. My windows-setting had been
disconnect after 15 minutes of inactivity, but I disabled it, when I often got
disconnected while reading. I assume that something in mozilla has changed,
While loading, I regularly get: this image cannot be displayed, because it
contains errors, but after loading is finished, the image is displayed.
That happens if the image is so big it must be auto-resized to fit the page.
Reading postings at www.heise.de in three tabs garantuees to get loading times
in the minute range after reading about 30 postings.
I don´t have this difficulties with other news, seems to have gotten worse after
heise started to compress the data.

In the last days, mozilla suddenly crashed, DocWatson came up, but not Talkback.
I looked into the components folder of Mozilla, and didn´t find a talkback.exe,
seems not to be packed with mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe

I´m doing clean installs, deinstalling Mozilla, then installing the exe-nightly,
or deleting the bin-directory, and unzipping a talkback.zip.
Last ten days I´m using exes, because of Flash-Plugin not completely working
with zips.

reporter says that this url result in crash always.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030327

URL above is crashing in Necko.DLL, but still no talkback bundled with -sea.exe.
I´ll retry with a talkback.zip.
Had another crasher bug 199455, but that crashes in XPCOM.DLL, and seems to be
in composer after installation of an extension, I still have installed.
yeah, probably a dupe of bug 199492, given the look of this stack trace:
