When you type some Japanese characters in Composer and move to Browser or other
application before you commit the characters, Mozilla now force to commit the
characters. However, there are some problems for committment.

Steps of reproduce
1. Open Composer
2. Type Japanese characters (at this time, do not hit enter to commit)
3. Click on Bold button in the toolbar
Notice that the characters will be committed. However, the same characters will
be added. For example. you type "AAA", you will see "AAAAAA".

This happens all the time at the beginning of the first line and you click on
Italic or Underline buttom. This sometimes happen in the middle of the
sentence.

I tested this in 112208 Win32 build.
Teruko,
If this only happens clicking on the style toolbar buttons before committing
the IME, I think this is not an internal dogfood bug. If it works to do the
commit and then hit the style toobar buttons, we can workaround that problem
for dogfood. If this is true, please change [dogfood] to [BETA]. Thx.
Summary: [dogfood][IME] IME commit's wrong behavior → [IME] [beta] IME commit's wrong behavior
OK, I changed to [BETA] since this reproduciable at the first line. Sometimes this happens in the middle line.
And, this does not happen under Win98J. I cannot test this under Win95J now because it crash at the beginning.
