I took a quick look at the profile, and profiled Firefox once myself locally, but I didn't spot anything particularly interesting. It might be a little bit faster in Chrome than Firefox, but not dramatically so. How much slower are you measuring?

It is a small difference.

this doesnt look like its actionable.
