User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:144.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/144.0

Steps to reproduce:

I enabled widget.gtk.global-menu.enabled in about:config so that I could use the global menu in the KDE Plasma (6.4.5) session.

Actual results:

The menu works correctly, but the Firefox window shows a blank space where the menu bar would normally be. This bar goes away if I right click on it and then click outside of it.

Expected results:

No menu bar shows up, not even an empty one.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Component: Untriaged → Widget: Gtk
Product: Firefox → Core

I'm not sure whether it's supported yet or we're missing any patches here, adding to KDE tracker.
