STR:

1. Open devtools and open network tab
2. Go to a page with resources from that list. E.g. from Bug 1859263 (https://login.jiayuan.com/?channel=200&position=102)
3. Open shield with mismatch of blocked status between devtools and shield icon

Expected result:

Either static.geetest.com and related don't show up in the shield at all or under "not blocked".

Other observation while investigating what would be necessary to fix that might need their own bugs:

• https://www.bilibili.com/: Shows blocked fingerprinter www.bilibili.com, however I don't see the channel in devtools
• We also don't need to annotate the channel if we are not blocking fingerprinters doesn't seem true (anymore?) https://static.geetest.com is on both fingerprinting and tracking list. However, there is no guarantee that all antifraud items are on the fingerprinting list?, therefore when having fingerprinting protection disabled, we might still need the antifraud annotation?
