I would like to see mime-encoding in the shortcuts (keywords) of the bookmarks.
When you use Google and want to query for "+", it gets transmitted wrong.
It should be "%2B" instead of "+". Same goes for other special characters as well.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a keyword in the bookmarks.
2. Query for that with special characters.
Actual Results:
Special characters get transmitted wrong.

FYI, you mean character encoding, not MIME encoding.
