New Tab widgets not available in Firefox Labs on Firefox 144.0

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:144.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/144.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Verified that I am on Firefox 144.0 (64-bit).
- Restarted Firefox
- Opened about:preferences#experimental
Actual results:
I only saw the following two entries listed:
- Address Bar: show results during IME composition
- Picture-in-Picture: auto-open on tab switch
(I'm in the Netherlands.)
Expected results:
According to https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/feedback-welcome-for-new-tab-widgets-now-available-via-firefox/m-p/108430/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufE1IM0hMSTNSVDZPR0RBfDEwODQzMHxTVUJTQ1JJUFRJT05TfGhL#M41762, I should have seen an option to enable the new New Tab widgets.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::New Tab Page' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello, thank you for the bug report!
Managed to reproduce this issue on(with en-US locale/NL region and nl locale/NL region);
- Firefox Nightly 146.0a1;
- Firefox 145.0b7;
- Firefox 144.0.2;
Tested and reproduced on:
- Windows 10;
- macOS 15;
- Ubuntu 22;
Setting as NEW so the developing team can have a look.

It indicates All countries/regions and All locales.
Will ask in Slack whether there's any known issues like this.
