With Bug 1996277, js3 + safari will be disabled temporarily. Once the safari version gets updated, we can come back to this and re-enable it
Likely what we'll have to do is only re-enable it for the m4 machines (which as of right now run on a higher version of MacOS) the intel machines currently run on 14.xx, and as a result, would not be able to upgrade the Safari version

Cross-posting from bug 1996277:
I've bisected the Safari issue on try to the JetStream3 commit that adds the j2cl-box2d Wasm benchmark. It's possible that updating Safari from 18.3 to 18.4+ would be sufficient because they implemented the new exception handling feature there.
