Steps to reproduce
- Enroll in the "Android - First Run Onboarding" experiment, via nimbus-cli.
- Launch the app and observe the "toolbar" onboarding card.
Expected behavior
The "toolbar" onboarding card respects the design.
Actual behavior
The "toolbar" onboarding card doesn't respect the design: instead of "Continue", the button is "Save and continue".

- Firefox version: Nightly 146.0a1 from 10/26, Beta 145.0b7
- Android device: Oppo Find X3 Lite (Android 11), Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9)
