Steps to reproduce:

I noticed that since Firefox 145, it is no longer possible to scroll through saved shortcuts. The only way is to click on 'View All' in the top right corner (in older versions, you could scroll). In this screen, if you hold down on a shortcut and press 'Delete', it will only be deleted if you exit the screen and then re-enter it.

Actual results:

You cannot scroll through the shortcuts, and on the 'view all' screen, they cannot be deleted unless you exit and re-enter.

Expected results:

Restore the ability to scroll through shortcuts and immediately delete shortcuts on demand without having to exit the screen.
