Steps to reproduce:
On the "SeaMonkey Useful Sites" section of the website, the link to XUL Planet (https://www.xulplanet.com/) leads to a "400 Bad Request".
I did a brief search on duckduckgo and found xulplanet here: https://docs.huihoo.com/xul/xul-tutorial/intro.html
If that really is the intended website, then the link should be fixed.

When you visit the link you get a "400 Bad Request"
Expected results:
The link should've sent you to https://docs.huihoo.com/xul/xul-tutorial/intro.html insead of https://www.xulplanet.com/

I've just realized that I opened this bug on my FF, but that's because the bugzilla website doesn't render correctly in SM 2.53.21 ;)
