On the "Save As... Web Page Complete" option, I would like Mozilla to provide
another option which embeds all related files into one file by using Data URI's
as described in IETF RFC 2397. This would allow any browser to read the file
without being a mail reader(as opposed to the MSIE option of saving it to a
multi-part MIME file). This will also allow a self-contained single file to be
conveniently moved about the file system.
