STR:
- Start latest Nightly 146.0a1, Ubuntu 25.10 (Wayland), GNOME 49, single display, 100% scale.
- Click hamburger button multiple times.
Expected:
Hamburger menu always fades in smoothly like before.
Actual:
Hamburger menu flickers as it appears if it has already been shown recently.
HW-WR and SW-WR affected. Unmaximized and maximized windows affected.
Does not happen with XWayland.
