(Whiteboard: [fxp])

These tasks are only run on demand. However, we should start running them on a regular basis, either on autoland or just through a cron job so we can collect profiles over time. This will help us determine changes on a much faster pace, especially if there are outliers observed. If we decide to use a cron job, we should try to run it a few times a day to get a good sample population.

@denispal can you provide more insight into the impact of having these profiles generated on a regular basis, to have with determining the priority for this task? Is this for more for investigating regressions / outliers, or for improving the startup times?

@andrej would it be possible for us to always collect a profile, similar to the way raptor does?

This is mostly so we can quickly investigate regressions and outliers. We can just run the profiler version of the test a couple times a day, I think.
