Steps to reproduce:
- Open any link that contains dynamic favicons.
E.g.: https://archive.st/archive/2025/11/74iis6l5o3s5hs7m7khygpmyiu.srv.us/9b3xy7/74iis6l5o3s5hs7m7khygpmyiu.srv.us/index.html
Actual results:
The favicon does not appear.
Expected results:
The favicon appears and changes according to the device's theme.
