I've noticed the green dot not appearing often, but I don't know what it depends on.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello, thank you for the bug report!
As far as I know, the green dot is a notification whenever a tab is changed/updated.
I managed to reproduce this issue ( with pinned tabs) on the following:
- Firefox Nightly 147.0a1;
- Firefox 146.0b1;
- Firefox 145.0;
Tested and reproduced on:
- Windows 10;
- Ubuntu 22;
- macOS 15;
I’m not sure whether this is intended behavior, therefore I will be setting this as NEW and wait for the developer’s input.
