199926 - expanding/closing full mail header informationis is causing update/refresh problem

This bug show itself when you have selected vieuw|headers|all and have the
header information above the e-mail closed to a single bar containing only the
subject, from and timestam info using the little [+] icon.

When you expand the header using the [+] icon to view all the information or
attachments and then close it again using the [-] icon the area showing the
content of your e-mail is not refreshed and you still see the header
information. Try to select the text in this area and you will see the content of
your e-mail selected and painted over the gray header information.

This -ONLY- happens when you your header information expands to such a length
that the emailcontent area is pushed of the visible screen and requires
scrolling to read it. If there is one line visible of the emailcontent screen
this bug doesn't occur.

I am using the first layout for my mail/newsgroup window with an account/folder
browser all the way down at my left.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select vieuw|headers|all
2. close select an e-mail with a lot of header information (eg: from a mailing
list, of MS outlook)
3. close the header information to a single line
4. expand the header information again
5. Check if your header if expanding all the way down to the end of your email
content screen. You can now no longer view your email.
5. close the header information agian

On some very rare occasions this bug doens't reprocude this way at the -first-
attempt. Try opening and closing the header information again or on another mail.


Actual Results:  
The headerinformation is brought back to a single line but the old header
information is stil visible and you can not view the content of your email again.

Expected Results:  
I would expect Mozilla to redraw and refresh the e-mail content windows and
theirby removing the old header information.

After another close observation I notived that the complete single email area
(ie header information + content) in case of an large header is resized to allow
both the email content as the header to be displayed. The resized area will show
the header and a single pixel line of the email content area. When you close the
header information the email area is resized to it's original size agian. 

Perhaps a miscalculation of the resized area size leeds to this display bug.
