Firefox 145 shipped with a new passwords sidebar. There are several style issues:

1. There are two headlines and two close icons if sidebar.revamp=false
2. If an entry has no username, there is a blue triangle - it's not vertically aligned with the label and it's unclear what the meaning of a blue triangle is
3. Around the yellow warning box, there is a second border which looks out of place
