I'd like see the cookie url made selectable when an "accept cookie?" popup
arises so I can easily copy the url into my hosts file :)

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to a site which creates cookies
Actual Results:
The URL is not selectable when dragging the mouse cursor over it
Expected Results:
The URL should selectable when dragging dragging the mouse cursor over it

Need to test this on Windows, but this seems to work for me under linux.
