Steps to reproduce:
- Update to Firefox 145.0
- Open Firefox
Actual results:
a thick green (in my case) line / or like bar in the top of screen appeared
Expected results:
I expected it look like in Firefox <= 144.0.2 when dark theme, window border is also dark, which is more consistent

Oh, it's multimonitor issue. Even on Firefox 145, if I open Firefox window on main 4K monitor, it shows no green line on top, but if I open it on second Full HD(1920x1080) monitor, there is a green line on top like on screenshot.

first monitor: Philips 278E1A/11 3840x2160 on left, displayed as monitor 2 in Windows
second monitor: AOC i2757Fh AMI2757WAH-GP3R 1920x1080 on right, displayed as monitor 1 in Windows
both connected by HDMI if that matters

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Thanks for the information. Does setting the pref widget.windows.windowsappsdk.enabled to false (and restarting Firefox) fix the issue?
If so, this is probably a dupe of bug 1993474

Hello, Greg Stoll!
I tried to set widget.windows.windowsappsdk.enabled = false, and it fixed my issue. Will use this as workaround. Thanks!
*If I set widget.windows.windowsappsdk.enabled = true, green line on top appears again, so it seems that's it.

So i originally posted my own bug report but its been merged here.
I decided to try that widget.windows.windowsappsdk.enabled to false, and it also fixes my issue, but the strange thing is when i view photos with windows photo viewer, i have that big white line at the top of my screen on my 2nd monitor still, so its not just a firefox issue
Im thinking this is actually a windows 11 issue?

Do you have the bug still when opening windows photo viewer to view a picture on the second monitor if its full screen/maximized?

Yeh same, im thinking this is a windows 11 issue but conflicting with something in firefox, especially if that microsoft photo app is doing the same thing

I'm pretty confident this is a duplicate.
