Uplift job view, e.g., https://lando.moz.tools/uplift/jobs/28/, show the source revision as the Stack, and and empty Revisions.
Ideally, it should instead show the source revision as Source revision, no Revisions, and the created Uplift revision.
It would be good if it also show the target repo, for context.
