Problems was identified as the AMO suggestion keywords for the Addon suggestion being polished and one addon being fully removed (privacy badger)
Testrail test case - https://mozilla.testrail.io/index.php?/cases/view/3029292 has been updated to match the new keywords. Full list of keywords here
