Steps to reproduce

1. Browse a website in Firefox browser through a Xiaomi android phone.
2. Switch between apps and then immediately go back to Mozilla Firefox android app.

Expected behavior

Tabs should remain loaded as it is since no data or cache is cleared throughout the app switching and the interval between app switching is very short. In Chromium-based browsers such as Edge, Chrome, and Brave, you can exit the browser or switch apps for a significantly longer time but most of the remaining tabs loaded in them remain loaded and does not refresh.

Actual behavior

Loaded tabs in Mozilla Firefox for Android in Xiaomi devices tend to refresh right away when switching from a different app then back to Mozilla Firefox for Android on Xiaomi devices. My other android phones from different brands doesnt seem seem to have this issue with Firefox for Android, this issue seems to only appear in Xiaomi android phones. It seems that several Xiaomi android phone users encountered this issue so I believe this bug is valid and I hope a fix will be applied soon because I want to keep using Firefox in my Xiaomi android phone.
