hmm... none of the failing tests was updated recently, and bug 1999196 only updated https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/source/testing/web-platform/tests/html/semantics/menu/tentative/menuitem-activate.html. So I don't think it's related to wptsync updates.

Jonathan, I've seen that you recently enabled a pref for some tests, maybe it's something which has to be done here as well?

We're expecting to enable anchor positioning (bug 1988225) before the merge to beta, which will resolve this.

Added the above patch to silence failures on beta-sim until Bug 1988225 is fixed. Use it just to import patch do not land it on tree.
