User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:145.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/145.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Put a maximized Firefox window on a 1920x1080 monitor.
- With the mouse at the top of the screen, try to use the mouse to interact with a tab. For example, try left-clicking to change tabs.
Alternative:
2. Press Alt to display the menu bar.
3. With the mouse at the top of the screen, try using the mouse to interact with the menu bar options.
Actual results:
The mouse cannot interact with the tab. Instead, when the mouse is at the top of the screen, all you can click is a thin gray bar that stretches across the entire screen. Left clicking does nothing, but left clicking and dragging unmaximizes and moves the window. Right-clicking opens a context menu with "Restore", "Minimize", and "Close" options, which apply to the window, not any tab. There are no mouseover effects either.
Alternative: The mouse cannot interact with the menu bar options.
Expected results:
Same behavior as Firefox 144. When the mouse is within the horizontal bounds of a tab and Firefox is maximized, mouse actions behave the same as if the mouse were positioned dead center of the tab. Firefox does not display a gray bar across the top of its window.
I have 3 monitors attached. Two are identical 1920x1080 with 100% scaling. One is 3840x2160 with 150% scaling. I do not experience this problem with versions of Firefox before 145. The problem affects both the 1080p monitors identically and does not affect the 4K monitor.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
