Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. turn on tabbed browsing 2. verify there is no button for tabbed browsing 3. Actual Results: i don't see a button on the far left of my tabbed browsing bar for openning new tabs. Expected Results: it should have a button on the far left of the bar for opening new tabs. I think i've covered it.
