200101 - calendar reminders don't trigger well

I only seem to get dialog-based reminders if I edit another event first, then
alarms get triggered; the alarms should at least be triggered when Calendar is
started (or preferably when any Mozilla component is started).

Confirming with Mozilla Calendar 2003033112-cal.

I can confirm too. The events pop up sometimes even a three days later then they
are scheduled. I looked for dupes but 198859 relates only for timezone shift.
Other dupes semm to be fixed. This bug means that event pops up with no relation
on the timezone. I am confirming.

Yep, ok.  I remember checking for previous tickets, but the ones I saw didn't
quite fit the bill at the time.
